A Great Overview of How To Use Twitter...and Have a Job

I hope this sheds light on the fact that, while a lot of tweets from me and mine are organic, many are also posted ahead of time so that the pressure's off me during the busy work day.  I'm not slacking. I'm maximizing.

Which means you can't use "no time" as an excuse not to self-promote anymore. :)

  1. I just bookmarked that article.

I just use twitter.com, but do you agree that it's better to use a dashboard? I tried Tweetdeck a long time ago and didn't like it, so I just went back to plain on Twitter. I never bothered checking out anything else. Do you use a dashboard?

  2. I need to proofread before I post. That's supposed to be "plain OLD Twitter." Sheesh.

  4. I'm ready to try something new on my mobile, because I'm tired of choking on everyone's dust during Twitter lit chats. How can people even read that fast?! Thanks for the rec!

  5. I liked this article very much and it touched on one of the things that I think is most important: schedule your tweets. There are so many sites out there that allow you to do that and it can make your busy life easier! I use social oomph and find that it really helps me stay in touch with my audience and readers.
